When will my order ship?

Once your package leaves the studio, you’ll receive a tracking link when available.

My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it—what should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a delivery slightly early.
Please check:

  • your mailbox

  • your building reception / concierge

  • a neighbor or safe place near your door
    If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll help.

Are your products handmade?

Some pieces are handmade, others are carefully sourced and curated.
Everything is chosen with the same studio standard: beautiful materials, calm design, and tactile quality.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We photograph in soft natural light, but screens can vary.
If you ever need help choosing tones, you can message us before ordering.

Do you restock items?

Yes—many items return, but some are only available in small quantities.
If you see something you love, we recommend collecting it gently while it’s here.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original condition.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and care reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • opened packaging

  • custom / personalized items (when applicable)

  • items that have been used or damaged after delivery

My order arrived damaged—what do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the item

  • a photo of the packaging
    We’ll make it right.
